Has been a big learning experience for me - gained confidence, has made clearer what I know and don't know.         
Have a better understanding of computer language.         
How to get around the computer. Where to go to put files and find files.         
The scariness has been taken out of it.         
Now understand how to fix mistakes.         
What if anything would you improve on this course?    Fit into an ongoing course. (He has now enrolled for our ICDL Online Interactive Training MS Office, to refer to for those techniques that are not used on a regular basic)
I wish I had this knowledge before I started the course. I could have learnt more.

Typing Skills
I found my tutor Lyn very friendly and helpful during my time on the Typing Skills Course. The course was very easy to follow. I thought the tests would be hard but found it was pretty straight forward. My tutor explained everything before starting.

I found it very interesting and easier than I thought it would be. At the beginning I was thinking I was a bit thick to comprehend the work, but I must admit that having Lyn as my tutor did make the task a lot more understanding.
